60,000 college students can't be wrong! The 'A-List' employers according to college grads - Is your target employer on the list?

Which employers are at the top of college grads' collective wish list? That's the question Universum USA set out to answer with its survey of more than 60,000 U.S. college students. What it found was that students with different career goals have markedly different ideas about what makes for an ideal employer. To find out just how different, use the pull-down menu to sort the list below by one of the seven personality types or five fields of study identified by Universum, then check off one of the employers for that group. The size and shape of the colored outline shows how popular the employer is, and how broad-or narrow-its appeal. The numbers on the graphic correspond to the percentage of students in each group who listed that employer among their top five. The employers at the top of each list have the largest percentage for that group, but all employers in the Universum ranking are not listed.
