Staying focused can be tough. Whether you’re sitting in an office from 9 to 5 or stuck in back-to-back-to-back power hours, keeping your mind on the task at hand is not always easy. I’ve definitely been there; doodling on the corner of my notebook page instead of copying down the Powerpoint slides (they’re on Black Board. It’s ok, right?), and I always wish later on that I put down my pen and tried a little harder.
